Background
The Due Diligence course has been developed to
provide delegates with the knowledge and skills
to evaluate or project manage the due diligence
process.
Content level
On completion of this course a delegate will
- Understand the principles of due diligence
- Understand the relevant environmental concepts
- Understand business implications of environmental legislation,management and risks.
- Have a sound knowledge of the steps in the due diligence process.
- Have the knowledge to manage due diligence contractors
- Understand Phase 1 Methodology
- Understand field operation (Phase 11)
- Have a knowledge of reporting and typical content
- Have knowledge of completing deal
Aim
To provide delegates an overview of relevant
polices, systems and services that are
available to help organizations meet their responsibilities.
Who should attend
This course is intended for people who may be
called upon to commission or evaluate the Due
Diligence process. Middle, Senior Management
and those new to due diligence evaluation or
project management will find it of benefit.
